Sospiri
di Ozieri are soft pralines of almond and honey
paste, covered with a light icing. In the past they
were prepared for weddings or other solemn
ceremonies. They are still made using the
traditional recipe and are one of the most famous
sweets in Sardinia.
They are
ideal after a meal with liqueurs or mirto. The
