This is the fruit of an accurate selection of the fresh and dried marcs of Vermentino grapes, one of the most characteristic vines in Sardinia, which are taken to the distillery immediately after the wine is drawn. It has a bright limpid appearance; its bouquet contains slight hints of grasses and wine, it is delicately flowery, sweet, lightly fruity from ripe fruit with hints of honey.

It has a dry persistently flowery taste. The aroma is complex and unique in its hints of flowers.
