This is obtained from an accurate selection of fresh and winy marcs of the Cannonau grape, the symbol of Sardinia, coming from the most dedicated areas of the Island.

Its appearance is limpid and bright; its bouquet contains hints of marc, wines, from ripe fruit, forest fruits and liquorice; it has a dry flavour with a high alcoholic content and persistent hints of sweet ripe fruit. Its aroma is very complex and typical, reminiscent of the original grape.
