This is a wine made from grapes from the Cannonau vine, with grapes that are dried in the sun for 15-20 days on cane mats which are covered at night in case of bad weather. It is a purple red colour, scarlet tending towards garnet. It has a characteristic bouquet, very pronounced and complex with hints of tropical fruit and a distinct presence of cinnamon and walnut husks. It has a full, generous, warm and clean flavour.

It is matured in oak casks for a long time and can be preserved for many years. An excellent wine for meditation or dessert, it is best drunk at a temperature of 18-20°C.
