Zuppa con Pane
Zichi
(Broth with Zichi bread)
 This
is a typical peasant dish from Bonorva and the
surrounding villages. Dried pasta is substituted by
dried Zichi (flat bread) which is in fact cooked in
the same way as pasta and served with a tomato and
meat sauce. Zichi bread, when dried does not become
soggy when cooked.
