Ravioli (Rabioloso)
This is an extremely important dish in Sardinian
culinary
tradition. It has always been a pasta course to eat
on special occasions. In this case too, the
favourite sauce is a tomato sauce with pork or wild
boar.
Ravioli can be found all over the Island and are
made from fresh pasta filled with cheese or ricotta
and can have different shapes depending on where
they are made.
